VEGFclusterEvery now and then we’re getting involved in areas that are not our main expertise, but where our technical skills are useful. Here, we collaborated with Jürgen Brieger’s lab at the University Hospital of Mainz (Germany) on the correlation between VEGF expression and various tumour characteristics in vestibular schwannomas. Interesting only for a small community and also hidden behind a paywall. Nevertheless, it’s one of these instances where we feel our researching having “impact”.

Under construction…

There was a time in the late 1990s when empty webpages with a construction sign were en vogue. Not that simply not creating that page would have been any easier… For the past few weeks we’ve been remaking our group pages bit by bit. I think it’s much better now than it’s ever been in its static incarnation from 2008, but still it feels slightly unfinished and there is much more that could be done. Anyway. Finally arriving in the Web 2.0

After five years of a mostly static web site, the Adryan group has finally arrived in the Web 2.0 with a more interactive and hopefully frequently updated web appearance.
